Room cleaning
• The room cleaning service will be carried out at the end of the stay for those with a duration of less than four days
• The change of towels will be made only if the guest needs it. To do this, just leave them on the bench outside the room.
It’s forbidden
• Smoking inside the rooms
• Take towels from the Inn to the beach
• Access with people not staying at the inn, either to the rooms or common areas
• Access with stray animals
• Change the network or password of Smart TVs
• Change the temperature of air conditioners and minibars
• Use the air conditioning with the doors or windows open
• Leave the air conditioning on in your absence
• Silent hours: 10PM to 8AM.
• During the stay, the guest is responsible for repairing any damage caused to his room and / or other areas of the Inn, even if they were not intentional.
• The Inn will not be responsible for items lost or forgotten within the establishment.
• Any type of stain on the bedding (makeup, drinks, mud, suntan lotion, etc.) has a laundry charge of R$ 70 per piece.
• Loss or breakage of keys has a replacement cost of R$ 70.
• If any object is found after the guest’s departure, it will remain in storage for 30 days.
